    Cooking professionally for 12 years, Chef Chris has had the pleasure of working at some amazing restaurants while honing his craft. His cuisine is influenced by fine dining techniques combined with a passion for seasonal and simple dishes. He believes that it is his job to honor the bounty of amazing produce available in Santa Barbara County. He enjoys telling stories through his dishes, creating experiences that are both delicious and intriguing.

    CHEF COCO

    With eight years of experience as a private yacht chef, Coco was ready to move back home to be near her family and back on land to plant veggies in the ground. She found her inspiration for cooking while living in different French villages and cities. Motivated by their fresh markets, rich cheeses and celebration of food, she attended Tante Marie’s cooking school in San Franciso. She loves using local fresh organic ingredients and specializes in Mediterranean and Californian cuisine.

  • CHEF JAMES

    James has been a professional chef for over 30 years. His big focus has been HEALTHY fresh food! He graduated from the California Culinary Academy and LeCordon Bleu cooking schools in 1995. He then established himself in Santa Barbara 25 years ago and began his own restaurant and catering company until he was swooped up by a private family where he was their personal chef for the past 20 years. He is now back onto open market for everyone to taste his amazing, healthy creations.

  • CHEF LOREN

    Chef Loren fell in love with cooking at the age of about 5. When they asked him in kindergarten what he wanted to be when he grew up he said a chef and a race car driver. He never got around to being a race car driver but fell in love with the ocean and started surfing instead. Loren has worked in high-end restaurants all over the west coast and eventually started his own sushi catering company in his 20s. He expresses his care for others through cooking healthy foods.

  • CHEF LISA

    Native to California, Lisa graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena. She works as a full time private chef in Montecito and as a food stylist for various tv shows in Los Angeles. She loves cooking seasonally inspired dishes and uses fresh organic and heirloom varieties of fruits, veggies and proteins from the local farmer’s markets. She enjoys creating tailor-made menus with clients, designed to show off the finest local ingredients.

  • CHEF STEVE

    Steve’s focus is creating a unique culinary experience based on his clients’ dietary needs and likes. His goal is to share knowledge of healthy eating habits and to provide fresh healthy cuisine full of flavor and the best ingredients. He has an AA from the Western Culinary Institute and has been an Executive Personal Chef for almost 20 years, bringing a little hint of Austria into his meals.

  • CHEF RACHEL

    As a Santa Barbara local, the kitchen has led her to travel the world, cooking, eating, and training under various acclaimed chefs. Her passion for food lies in creating locally sourced menus that reflect what is accessible and in season and her presentation style echoes this by serving food on large gorgeous family-style platters decorated with botanicals and edible flowers. Quality is at the forefront of what she does, and she is devoted to forging relationships with local farms to create meals that show off the offerings of Santa Barbara County. We are lucky to have Rachel back after living and working in Los Angeles for the past few years!

    Chef Tim has been a professional chef for 28 years, working in a range of culinary settings throughout California. He has honed his skills in high-end catering, private chef work, and in restaurants alongside internationally renowned chefs. Chef Tim's philosophy centers on creating elegantly simple dishes that showcase local, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients. He has experience cooking for a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings (dinner parties) to corporate events, including some notable clients such as Rolling Stone, Tiffany, Ferrari, many Hollywood Studios, and he has even cooked for Wonder Woman and the all of the Avengers.

  • CHEF TIFFANY

    Currently a private chef based in the Santa Barbara County, Tiffany has cooked for a variety of clients over the past 12 years, tailoring each culinary experience to the client's dietary needs and vision. She enjoys cooking a variety of cuisines and has a thorough knowledge of plant-based cooking, with her style focusing on comfort food with a healthy twist. She enjoys using organic, local and seasonal ingredients to provide her clients with meals that are both nutritious and delicious.

  • CHEF ASPYN

    Aspyn is a local Santa Barbara Chef who studied nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, culinary arts at SBCC, and has over a decade of hands-on experience as a chef, and baker. With a special focus on simple, organic, clean-cooking, seasonal flavors will grace every meal. Chef Aspyn runs a small business, Aspyn’s Table, catering to small, intimate gatherings, luncheons, and high teas. Outside of work, she is a mother of two, an artist and an avid roller skater.

  • PAELLA W/ CHEF JUAN & PEDRO

    Juan born in Spain and Pedro born in Venezuela met while teaching tennis at an academy in Ojai. Now they have joined forces to share their common passion, cooking, and specifically PAELLA with others. They have warm personalities and they love to share stories and techniques to all as they cook on the open flame. Their specialities are seafood, lamb, chicken, chorizo & vegetarian paellas. Can accommodate any size group, large or small. Book them for a fun event with an authentic Spanish twist.

    Born and raised in Austin, Texas, with over a decade of experience cooking professionally in Southern California, KC has an expansive knowledge of all things food and entertaining. She is formally trained at the New School of Cooking in Los Angeles and specializes in private dinner parties, boutique event catering, weekly meal plans, specialty diets and food styling.
